Okay, we can’t hold back. Peaches are ON and this is a recipe we absolutely love. Old Fashioned goodness, amazing! >>>> It’s always wise to rinse fruit well. Most recipes will tell you to blanch the peaches too. But I’ve figured out a way around that, not because I’m totally rebellious, you could blanch them for 1-2 minutes if you want, but I think it’s easier & faster to peel them…plus, in my book, the less cooking time = the more nutrients…. Gluten-free, Sugar-free, Dairy-free, Soy-free!
